Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Room 354, City Hall 125 North Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until June 24, 12:00 p.m. noon CST for furnishing the City of Memphis with the following:

Summary: This project consists of providing, delivering FF&E modular staging, accessories and removing associated debris.

For the mutual protection of the City, City’s Consultant (hereafter “the Consultant”), and all subcontractors and material suppliers, partial sets of documents will not be issued. Therefore, all contractors intending to submit a bid shall obtain one (1) complete set of documents from the consultant’s blueprint company in order for his bid to be accepted. This will also place the Contractor on the mailing list for possible addenda issuance. Consultant’s blueprint company is listed below.

Hard copies of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics, or files may be downloaded free from the online plan room. To download files you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “download the entire job”, then proceed to the download queue on the left menu bar to receive your downloaded files. All such bidding documents are also available to be shipped to any out-of-town bidder and interested parties via appropriate carrier “collect”.

Questions on any of the above shall be submitted to the Architect in writing for which answers will be sent in writing to all potential bidders via addendum.
